本 App 為一語音優先的會議筆記工具，提供錄音、AI 語音轉寫與摘要功能。資料儲存於你的裝置本機。本服務目前為免費版本，依「現況」（as-is）提供，且不保證任何服務等級（no SLA）。

The App is a voice-first meeting-notes tool offering recording, AI-based transcription, and summarization. Data is stored locally on your device. The Service is currently provided free of charge, on a best-effort, "as-is" basis, with no service-level agreement (no SLA).

• 你必須取得所有被錄音者的同意，並遵守當地關於錄音、隱私、個資保護的法律（包含但不限於中華民國《個人資料保護法》、《通訊保障及監察法》）。
• 不得用本 App 錄製非法、騷擾、誹謗或侵害他人權益的內容。
• 你對本 App 內所有筆記、音檔的內容及合法性自負其責。

• You must obtain consent from all recorded parties and comply with applicable laws on recording, privacy, and personal-data protection (including but not limited to Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and the Communication Security and Surveillance Act).
• Do not use the App to record illegal, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise rights-infringing content.
• You are solely responsible for the content and legality of all notes and audio in the App.

• 不得對本 App 進行反組譯、反編譯、逆向工程或試圖取得原始碼。
• 不得對本 App 之後端進行未經授權的存取、抓取（scraping）、壓力測試、阻斷服務攻擊。
• 不得規避或干擾任何安全機制、用量限制或計費機制。
• 不得轉售、轉授權或基於本服務提供商業性質的競品服務。

• No disassembly, decompilation, reverse engineering, or attempts to obtain the source code of the App.
• No unauthorized access, scraping, load-testing, or denial-of-service attacks against our backend.
• No circumvention or interference with security mechanisms, rate limits, or billing.
• No resale, sublicensing, or building a competing commercial service on top of the Service.

本 App 之名稱、商標、UI 設計、程式碼及相關文件，著作權與所有權歸開發者所有。你保有自己在本 App 中所建立內容（錄音、筆記）的所有權；我們不主張你的內容之所有權。

The App's name, trademarks, UI design, code, and documentation are owned by the developer. You retain ownership of content you create within the App (recordings, notes); we claim no ownership over your content.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of transcription and summarization output. AI-generated transcripts and summaries can contain errors; verify them yourself.

在法律允許的最大範圍內，開發者不對任何因使用或無法使用本服務所造成的間接、附隨、特殊、衍生或懲罰性損害負責，包括但不限於資料遺失、利潤損失。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data or profits.

我們可能在任何時間修改、暫停或終止本服務的全部或一部，恕不另行通知。若本服務終止，你可繼續使用裝置本機已儲存的筆記資料，但雲端轉寫與摘要功能可能無法繼續使用。

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time without prior notice. If the Service is discontinued, you can still access notes already stored locally on your device, but cloud transcription and summarization features may become unavailable.

本條款之解釋與適用以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。因本條款或本服務所生之爭議，雙方合意以台灣台中地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the Taichung District Court, Taiwan as the court of first instance.
