隱私權政策Privacy Policy
感謝你使用 隨筆 Sui-bi（以下稱「本 App」）。本政策說明我們會收集哪些資料、如何使用，以及你的權利。本 App 由位於台灣的獨立開發者營運。
Thank you for using Sui-bi ("the App"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. The App is operated by an independent developer based in Taiwan.
1. 我們收集哪些資料What we collect

本 App 會處理以下資料：
- 麥克風錄音：你按下錄音時，App 會透過麥克風錄製音訊。
- 逐字稿與摘要：錄音經由我們的伺服器轉寫並產生 AI 摘要後，結果回傳到你的裝置。
- 使用者電子郵件（選用）：若你使用「Sign In with Apple」或「Google Sign-In」登入，App 會在本機儲存你的 email 僅供顯示用，不會上傳到我們的伺服器。
本 App 不收集：聯絡人、位置、相簿、瀏覽紀錄、廣告識別碼、裝置識別碼。

The App processes the following data:
- Microphone audio: when you press record, the App captures audio through the microphone.
- Transcripts & summaries: audio is transcribed on our server and an AI-generated summary is returned to your device.
- User email (optional): if you choose Sign In with Apple or Google Sign-In, your email is stored locally on the device for display only; it is not uploaded to our servers.
The App does not collect: contacts, location, photo library, browsing history, advertising IDs, or device identifiers.
2. 我們如何使用資料How we use the data

- 音訊會透過加密連線傳送至我們的伺服器進行處理。
- 伺服器僅在記憶體中進行語音辨識與 AI 摘要，處理完成後立即刪除音訊，不寫入磁碟、不留下內容紀錄。
- 逐字稿與摘要會即時回傳你的裝置，不會被保留在伺服器上。
- 所有錄音、逐字稿與摘要僅儲存在你的裝置本機，v1.0.0 沒有雲端同步。

- Audio is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our server for processing.
- The server performs speech-to-text and AI summarization in memory only, and the audio is deleted immediately after processing. We do not log content.
- Transcripts and summaries are returned to your device and are not retained on the server.
- All recordings, transcripts, and summaries live solely on your device. There is no cloud sync in v1.0.0.
3. 第三方服務Third-party services

本 App 在 v1.0.0 不使用任何分析、廣告或當機回報 SDK。我們僅依賴以下第三方服務：
- Google AI（Gemini API）：用於產生 AI 摘要，音訊處理後即刪除、不保留。Google Privacy Policy

The App uses no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs in v1.0.0. We rely only on the following third parties:
- Google AI (Gemini API): used to generate AI summaries; audio is deleted after processing and not retained. Google Privacy Policy

4. 權限Permissions

- 麥克風（必要）：錄製會議與筆記音訊。沒有麥克風權限，App 無法錄音。
- Apple / Google 登入（選用）：作為帳號識別，僅儲存 email 於本機。
- 網路連線：將音訊傳送至伺服器進行轉寫與摘要。

- Microphone (required): to record audio for meetings and notes. Without it the App cannot record.
- Apple / Google Sign-In (optional): used for account identification; only the email is stored locally.
- Network access: required to send audio to our server for transcription and summarization.
5. 資料保留Data retention

所有筆記資料（音檔、逐字稿、摘要）僅儲存在你的裝置本機。我們的伺服器在處理請求完成後即刪除暫存音訊，不保留你的內容。當你解除安裝本 App 或在 App 內刪除筆記時，相應資料即從你的裝置移除。

All note data (audio, transcripts, summaries) is stored only locally on your device. Our server deletes any temporarily-held audio immediately after the request is processed; we retain none of your content. Uninstalling the App or deleting a note within the App removes the data from your device.
6. 你的權利（GDPR / CCPA / PDPA）Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / Taiwan PDPA)

因為內容資料皆儲存在你裝置本機、伺服器不保留你的內容，你可隨時透過下列方式行使你的存取、更正、刪除及可攜權利：
- 於 App 內刪除單筆筆記。
- 於 App 內清除全部資料（設定 → 資料管理）。
- 解除安裝本 App，即可刪除全部本機資料。
如有其他資料相關請求（如 Apple/Google 登入 email），請聯絡 support@suibi.owo.tw。

Because content data lives only on your device and our server retains none of it, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, and portability at any time by:
- Deleting individual notes within the App.
- Clearing all data inside the App (Settings → Data Management).
- Uninstalling the App to remove all local data.
For any other data-related requests (e.g., your Apple/Google Sign-In email), contact support@suibi.owo.tw.
7. 兒童Children

本 App 不適合未滿 13 歲之兒童使用。我們不會故意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。若你認為兒童向我們提供了個人資料，請聯絡我們，我們會立即刪除。

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
